If your channels are working but the guide is empty, the app needs to refresh its data. In Premier Plus, go to Settings, then EPG, and select Update EPG. In Premier, go to Settings and select Refresh EPG or Refresh All. If the guide still doesn't appear, ensure your device's date and time settings are set to Automatic, as an incorrect time will prevent the guide from syncing. You can also go into settings, then clear cache.
